Personal Data Processing Policy

This document explains what data is processed on imrasts.ru, why Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are used, and how visitors can control their choice.

Effective August 28, 2026

1. General information and controller

This Policy takes into account Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, On Personal Data, and applies to information processed when visiting imrasts.ru.

The controller is the administrator of the Imrasts website. Website: https://imrasts.ru. Contact for personal data requests: imrasts.mail@gmail.com.

2. Data processed

The website has no form that submits a visitor’s name, phone number, or typed message to the controller. The field on the home page is a visual prompt only and does not transmit its content.

After analytics consent, technical and usage data may be processed.

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • cookie, localStorage, browser, and device identifiers
  • browser type, operating system, language, and screen resolution
  • visit date and time, referral source, and viewed pages
  • link clicks categorized as Telegram bot, personal Telegram, GitHub, Kwork, email, internal, or another external link

3. Data subjects and sources

Data subjects are website visitors and people who independently contact the controller through an external service. Technical data comes from the visitor’s device and analytics providers.

After a visitor opens Telegram, GitHub, Kwork, or an email application, processing continues under that service’s terms. The visitor chooses what information to provide.

4. Processing purposes

Data is used only for specified purposes.

  • producing depersonalized traffic statistics
  • understanding which pages, services, and contact links are useful
  • improving website structure, content, performance, and usability
  • maintaining security and diagnosing technical errors
  • responding to an inquiry and preparing an offer when a visitor initiates contact

5. Legal grounds

Analytics technologies load only after separate consent through the cookie banner. Declining does not limit access to website content.

Information a user sends through an external communication channel may be processed to answer the request, take steps before entering a contract, perform a contract initiated by the user, and in other cases provided by law.

6. Operations, methods, and retention

Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, depersonalization, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Analytics processing is automated.

Retention depends on provider settings. Main Google Analytics cookies may last up to 2 years. Yandex Metrica identifiers generally last up to 1 year, while individual technical cookies last from one session to 2 years. GA4 user and event retention is configured for 2 or 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain longer.

Data is deleted or depersonalized when its purpose is met, the set period expires, consent is withdrawn without another legal ground, or the relevant provider is no longer used.

7. Analytics providers and data transfers

The website uses Yandex Metrica tag 111898081 and Google Analytics 4 ID G-6NJS72K948. These providers receive data only after visitor consent.

Yandex LLC processes visitor data on the controller’s behalf under the Yandex Metrica terms. Google Analytics is provided by Google. Its infrastructure may process data outside the Russian Federation, which is subject to applicable cross-border transfer requirements.

Analytics events do not include typed text, the visitor’s email address, phone number, or username. A click event contains only a link category and the current site path.

8. Data security

The controller applies appropriate legal, organizational, and technical safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, restriction, deletion, and other unlawful actions. Access to analytics reports is restricted to controller accounts.

9. Visitor rights and withdrawal

A visitor may request processing information, correction, restriction, or deletion, withdraw consent, and challenge controller actions. Requests can be sent to imrasts.mail@gmail.com.

The analytics choice can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer. After a decline, the site removes analytics cookies and local identifiers available on its domain and does not load tags on later visits.

10. Policy updates

This Policy may change when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at https://imrasts.ru/en/privacy.
